Daniela Lazo
Dani is a Biologist, Master of Science with a major in Zoology, Dra(c) in Systematics and Biodiversity from the University of Concepción.His area of work involves (macro)evolution, sociobiology and behavioral ecology.
In addition, Daniela has a diploma in Communication in the Digital Age, and is a podcaster and science communicator forScience in other words.
Arturo Perez
Arturo is a Researcher in Cognitive Sciences, UDP Psychologist, MSc in Psychology from the University of Alberta and a PhD student at the same university. His current area of work is musical cognition, music and artificial neural networks.
Arturo has also worked on issues related to argumentation and reasoning, both in the academic world, such as his research projects.Common Nonsense podcastand the bookI think then (I) criticize.
Fancy Guiselle
Fancy is an Industrial Designer, specialized in product development and graphic representation. He has 2 industrial design patents with his inventions and has studies in Art (PUCV), Architecture (UBB) and Biotechnology (UDEC).
He is a member of the International Council of Design and World Design Organization.He has designed and illustrated products, books, magazines, comics, and infographics.with scientific themes for different universities and private. She is editor and designer ofCambalache Magazine(USACH) and founder of the design studio for science communication "Esporascicomm".
selim musleh
Selim is a Marine Biologist, Master in Fisheries and PhD student in Management of renewable aquatic resources from the University of Concepción. He currently works in the Resources Evaluation Department of theFisheries Development Institute.
Selim has experience in geographic information systems (GIS), ecological statistics, population genetics and genomics, and trophic ecology. In addition, he has a diploma in Scientific Communication. He is motivated by communicating scientific knowledge and that is why he participates in the podcastScience in other words.
For now, the workshops are given for a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 20, but if you are a scientific and/or educational institution we can discuss the terms, times, content and public, to adapt them and thus give you a better experience with our workshops.
